Bill is a seasoned senior executive within the aviation industry. Before co-founding Jet Edge International, he spent the previous six years working at NetJets, Marquis Jet, and Sentient. As senior vice president, Bill was responsible for advising and educating individuals and corporate clients on a variety of private aviation solutions including fractional ownership, jet card membership, charter and whole aircraft management. During his tenure in the private aviation industry, Bill’s efforts have consistently propelled his sales teams to #1 in total new business year over year. Under his leadership Jet Edge has rapidly emerged as one of the leading sales, acquirers, and operators of luxury large cabin aircraft in the world. Prior to being recruited into the aviation industry, Bill was a former Hollywood film executive and entrepreneur spearheading movie projects with A-list talent and major studios. Bill is a native of Pittsburgh, educated at Ohio University and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO-WPO) - Beverly Hills Chapter.
As Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer, Jonah is responsible for all revenue channels at Jet Edge, including all sales teams and strategic revenue and marketing opportunities. Jonah served as a passionate principal and CEO of Noteworthy, responsible for all aspects of operating a diverse consumer product design and manufacturing powerhouse. Jonah developed and nurtured C-suite relationships with every Fortune 50 retailer in America and built a corporate culture that focused on "best in class" service and "flawless execution". This culture was an integral part of the successful manufacturing and sale of over 500 million units to the world's largest retailers. After the sale of Noteworthy, Jonah co-founded FORTU, an ultra-luxury lifestyle management platform for UHNW individuals, families and entities that want to optimize the way they experience the world; addressing a clear need in the UHNW marketplace. Jonah received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, and is also an active member of the Young Presidents Organization.
Allen brings a wealth of experience to his role of CFO, providing leadership to the integration of financial strategy across Jet Edge. Most recently, Allen held the CFO role at Emergent Cold out of Dallas-Fort Worth, a temperature-controlled storage network for global distribution solutions. From this position, Allen brought much needed integration and acquisition knowledge and new developments in emerging markets. Allen also held the role of Vice President, Finance for Williamson Dickie Manufacturing Company, where he led the strategic long-term business and operations financial plan. Allen has had further success in high level finance functions both domestic and internationally, driving strategy development, growth, and execution for multi-million and billion-dollar companies. Allen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.
Araceli received her Liberal Arts degree from the University of Southern California in 2011. Following her graduation from USC, Araceli joined Jet Edge in 2012 and has since dedicated herself to the diligent creation and growth of the Customer Experience division. After a year at the company, Araceli established a service-oriented department which over the years has matured into one of today’s leading Customer Experience programs in the industry. Araceli believes that safety and customer experience is the core of any company’s success. She also knows that in order to achieve such success, internal employees must be happy in their work. She is convinced that all employees are innovators and that the people on the frontlines and in contact with our guests every day often come up with the best ideas. She encourages her team to seek innovative ways to enhance experiences. As a result, Jet Edge is armed with a group of client champions inspired by their ability to influence decision making. Araceli’s division is composed of four departments: Owner Services, Client Relations, Inflight Services, and Cabin Attendants.
Steve brings over 17 years of private aviation experience to his role of Chief Business Officer leading all commercial retail sales and business development functions for Jet Edge. Prior to joining the company, Steve held the role of RVP of West Coast Sales at NetJets. From this position, Steve managed a team of 30+ Sales executives, was responsible for $2B in annual sales, and was a senior team leader in new product developments across the entire NetJets platform. Prior to his role at NetJets, Steve held positions as VP of Sales for Marquis Jet, and also VP of Sales for Sentient Jet. Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Washington DC.
Gary brings over 30 years of aviation experience to his role as Chief Business Development Officer at Jet Edge. Prior to joining the company, Gary was the Co-founder and VP of Revenue Management at Stellar Labs, Chief Commercial Officer at JetSuite, and VP of Planning and Performance Improvement at XOJET. With private aviation experience in revenue management, pricing, forecasting, optimization, strategic planning, aircraft/engine finance & procurement, e-Commerce, tech development, MRO, passenger & cargo, and product innovation, Gary brings extensive experience and expertise to Jet Edge. As Chief Business Development Officer, he is responsible for managing the expansion of products, services, and partnerships to drive demand and revenue for the company. Gary graduated from MIT with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Jim brings to Jet Edge 40 years of global Gulfstream Series operating experience. Jim has accumulated over 27,000 hours of flight time, with more than 16,000 of those hours in Gulfstream Aircraft, and is currently an FAA-certified check airman for Jet Edge. He’s an expert in tracking, understanding and addressing the operating idiosyncrasies of each aircraft and training flight crews to achieve the highest level of safety and cockpit standards.
David brings a wealth of experience to his role of EVP, Office of the CEO, providing leadership and driving growth of Jet Edge’s enterprise sales platform as well as supporting the company’s leaders on processes and corporate development. Most recently, David held the position of RVP of East Coast Sales at NetJets where his team was responsible for $2B in annual sales, and he was a senior team leader in new product development. Prior to his 10 years at NetJets, David was a founding member and senior executive of Marquis Jet. David was responsible for managing the company’s aircraft fleet planning, creating new products and setting jet card pricing, raising over $850 million of aircraft financing to support the company’s 130 aircraft fleet, and devising the sales team’s compensation plans. He was a key member of the team that worked on the sale of Marquis Jet to NetJets in 2010. Prior to being acquired by NetJets, Marquis Jet generated $1B in gross sales per year making it by far the most successful sales organization the industry has ever developed. David holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern Business School and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Yeshiva University.
As a leading broker at one of the largest aircraft sales and acquisition firms in the world for over a decade, Kevin has built a rapport with everyone from UHNW individuals, to fortune 50 corporations, as well as heads of state. As an avid pilot with 20 years of experience in the aviation industry and nearly 4,000 hours of flight time, Kevin started his career operating a flight school and later worked as a corporate jet pilot, all while buying and selling aircraft. Now specializing in the Gulfstream market and with nearly 150 aircraft transactions completed totaling approximately $1.5B, Kevin understands all aspects of aircraft sales from start to finish and will lead the team from our east coast office.
An experienced aviation veteran with over 30 years in the industry that includes buying and selling jet aircraft, and the development of two successful aircraft management and charter operating companies. Robert’s background, knowledge, and passion for the business serve him well in his role as President of Fleet Operations overseeing Charter Sales and Operations, as well as the Flight and Aircraft Maintenance Depts. Educated at Texas A&I University and holding a Commercial Multi-Engine pilot certificate with over 2,000 hours of flight time, Robert became part of the Jet Edge team at the end of 2019 when his company JetSelect was acquired by Jet Edge forming one of the largest aircraft operators in the world.
Adam is responsible for the day-to-day operations of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and avionics for the Part 135 Maintenance Department of Jet Edge International. After eight years of active duty as an Avionics Communications Equipment Repairer in the U.S. Army, Adam worked as an Avionics Technician at the Gulfstream Aerospace Service Center in Savannah, Georgia. Furthering his success with Gulfstream Aircraft, Adam joined the government’s C37 Military Special Air Missions in 2000, and worked with Gulfstream V and 550 aircraft. Prior to joining Jet Edge International, he spent the previous seven years overseeing the Part 135 and 145 certificates of Elite Aviation, Jet Direct Aviation, JetCorp Technical Services, and The Air Group. Adam is a native of Brooklyn, NY and has been educated at Flight Safety International.
Lynn brings to Jet Edge over 34 years of corporate aviation experience. He has held the director of safety, chief pilot and director of training positions for Part 135 companies, amassing an extensive knowledge of the FAR’s and the requirements of the FAA. As a chief pilot for over 25 years, he has hired and trained hundreds of pilots in the Part 135 rules. Lynn has over 11,000 accident and incident-free flight hours in Gulfstream, Sabreliner, Learjet and King Air aircraft. With his background, Lynn is well-equipped to ensure our pilots are the best and the customer is in the safest of hands.
With more than 30 years of aviation experience, David Cox is a type-rated pilot in 12 aircraft, including the Gulfstream GV. Additionally, Cox has logged more than 22,000 hours in worldwide operations, making him uniquely qualified to lead Jet Edge’s Flight Operations team. David previously served as Vice President of MGM Resorts International, overseeing customer aviation services. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management and also has FAA Designated Examiner and FAA Check Airman credentials. During his career, David has helped build processes and infrastructure to support growth while ensuring the highest levels of compliance and safety. David’s experience and skills allow Jet Edge to fully leverage company strengths and fine-tune infrastructure to support exciting growth opportunities ahead.
Cary has over 42 years of aviation safety, maintenance and process improvement experience beginning as a maintenance technician in the United States Marine Corps in 1977. After leaving the military, Cary began working for Garrett Aviation/GE Engines first as a Airframe and Powerplant Technician, then later as the Service Manager at their Los Angeles Facility. During this period, Cary received formal training on Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing processes resulting in dozens of financially successful project completions. In 2001 Cary was hired by Dassault Aviation Services as their Manager of EH&S, Planning, Logistics and Material Support . This also included oversight of their Facilities, Environmental, Health and Safety operations. In 2008 Cary was hired by XOJET as their Quality Assurance Manager, later being promoted to Senior Director of Safety and Quality Assurance. In 2014 Cary was initially hired as our Vice President of Safety, Security and Quality Control, later promoted to Senior Vice President of Safety and Security. Cary is responsible for our safety and security programs for all company divisions. Cary is a graduate of Redlands University with a degree in Business Management and an Associate of Science Degree in Aeronautics from Chaffey Community College. With more than 15 years of experience in the private aviation industry, Greg specializes in aircraft acquisition/sales and marketing. He began his career at Apex Aviation in Napa, California, eventually becoming Vice President of Business Development at the company. Greg went on to serve as Vice President for multiple aviation firms, including ACM Aviation and TWC Aviation. His responsibilities at those companies included managing aircraft sales teams, negotiating contracts, strategic planning, and the management of a fixed base operation. Greg holds a business degree from California Lutheran University. He joined Jet Edge in 2017.
With over twenty-five years’ experience in global strategic human resources management, in both Director and Vice President level roles, most recently in aerospace manufacturing in both commercial and military sectors, Karen brings a strategic focus to Jet Edge’s Human Resources Department. Karen is a highly knowledgeable resource providing subject matter expertise in employee relations, leave administration, recruitment, compensation/benefits, legal compliance, policy development, performance management, training and development, and mentoring. Karen has a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Chapman University and received her Bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
Chris has over 30 years of experience as a private equity investor as well as a financial advisor specializing in M&A and financial restructurings. Chris has been involved in the investment of over $1.5 billion in the equity of over 30 middle-market companies, and represented his firms on over 15 corporate boards of directors. Prior to co-founding Solace, Chris developed a special situations private equity strategy for Saybrook Capital, LLC as Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager of its Corporate Opportunity Funds. Prior to Saybrook, Chris was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management and one of the original four senior members of Oaktree's Principal Opportunities Funds, which focus on private equity and distressed debt investments.
